(b) Name of faculty and staff list duly by Approved by MGS Univ. Bikaner
(c) Name faculty member who left or joined during the last quarter.
(d) Students admitted list during the current session 2025-26
(e) Fee charged from students.
(f) Available infrastructural facilities –MAP
(g) Facilities added during the last quarter.
(h) Number of books in the library.
(k) Affdavit on Rs 100/-Stamp paper about appointment of faculty/staff
(L) Affidavit on Rs 10/-Stamp paper by individua faculty/ Staff Member
8 (6) The Copy of the affidavit shall be displayed .
8 (14) The mandatory disclosure in the prescribed format and display.

(1) Balance Sheet as on the last 30 sep. financial year.
(2) Income and expenditure account for the financial year.
(3) Recipt and payment account for the financial year.
